What would you do if you were with another person and encountered a criminal? Our workshop is important for people who live or work together to create plans when faced with a robbery or assault.
If you are in a crime situation with a friend, spouse, partner or co-worker, you both want to be "on the same page" about your response to that situation. Both people need to have an idea of the other person's likely response in a crime. If it is a robbery, do you co-operate? Run? Resist? What would be the best choice? What if the other person wants to resist and you co-operate? If you never discuss it or train for the skills, in the midst of a adrenalized, intensely stressful crime, it is difficult to suddenly create an effective solution.
This workshop is excellent for people who live or work together. The physical skills you will practice are easy to learn as they are not the complex skills that require years of training to do perfectly. More importantly you will develop strategies that will help you make effective choices to increase your and another person's safety.
Whether you come alone or with a companion, this is a powerful workshop! Bring your partner, friends and family - are all welcome.
