Arts & Movement 2010 Summer Camps
June and July 2010
Each week-long camp holds a fantastic experience of movement and creativity for your child. Nurture a creative and healthy body though art, martial arts, yoga and movement!

Yoga Basics
Saturdays, February 27 - April 10 - 9:00-10:15am - Six week class- No class on April 3
Breathe, Stretch, Relax. Safely learn techniques for breathing, alignment, and increasing flexibility. Restorative as well as strength-building postures will be explored.

Coed Self Defense for ages 13 and up
Saturday, March 27, 2010 - 1:00-5:00pm
This SafeSkills® co-ed self defense workshop is taught only once a year. Don't miss out!

KinderKarate
Tuesdays, March 23 -June 1 - 4:30-5:15pm
For boys & girls ages 4½ to 6 This specialized class is limited to just 10 students. With this small number of children the instructors will be able to give each child personal attention. Children will improve balance and coordination, increase self-confidence and have fun!

Weekend Yoga Workshop with David Swenson
Saturday, April 2 - Sunday, April 4

Stories Come Alive! with Jody Cassell

Defense Against an Armed Assailant
Saturday, June 12, 2010 - 1:00-5:00pm
This special SafeSkills® workshop will give you options for dealing an armed assailant. Attendance at a previous SafeSkills® basic self-defense workshop is required.

Back in Balance
Wednesdays, April 21 - May 26 - 1:30-2:30pm - Six week class
This series class takes you step-by-step through movements, concepts and exercises that will bring your body Back in Balance!
