Come as you are to this mid-day class! Learn to use your entire body in proper alignment. Walk, stand and move with increased agility and flexibility.

SafeSkills® Center can be rented for your event! We have a beautiful, spacious and comfortable place perfect for workshops, meetings, classes and events.

Yoga Flow
Saturdays, September 11 - October 30 - 9:00-10:15am - Eight week class
Breathe, Stretch, Relax. Safely learn techniques for breathing, alignment, and increasing flexibility. Restorative as well as strength-building postures will be explored.

Beginner Belly Dance
Fridays, 6:45-7:45pm
Belly dance promotes core body strength, re-energizes you and improves over-all health - plus it’s fun! Instructor Karen Hoover leads you through American Tribal Style belly dance movements inspired by folkloric dances of the Middle East and India.

Qigong - An Introduction
Saturday, September 18, 2010 1:00-4:00pm
Qigong (Chi Gung) is a powerful practice that will help you feel, move and transmit Qi (energy). In this workshop, you will learn several different exercises that will help build a foundation to support your health and well-being.
